I started training with Matt because I wanted to make the most out of my time.  Balancing work and family with bike racing was difficult at the level I wanted to be competitive.

In 3 short months Matt took the 7-10 hours a week I had to train, and turned it into 10% gains in my FTP, all while keeping me mentally fresh with no burn out.  I’m looking forward to the progress I can make with continued training.
