Matt’s structured workouts have given me the confidence to train and race harder and at a higher intensity.  Each workout is focused and part of a broader plan aimed at achieving my goals.  Training plans can be adjusted and tweaked based on feedback given after each workout and Matt’s regular communication through phone, text and email adds a personal touch that leaves me with no doubt that he has my best interests at heart.
