I have been working with Matt for almost four months.  In that time, I have gained a wealth of knowledge on and off the bike.   After expressing my cycling goals, he has been able to tailor a workout schedule that suits my goals and accommodates my work schedule.

Training is new to me and I often feel anxious about progressing in order to be where I want to be.  Matt is very inspiring and assuring in his coaching style.  It works well for me, I want to tackle everything at once but Matt shows me it’s more of a puzzle and each week of training and nutrition is another piece.  I’m looking forward to see what a year from now looks like, because it’s been exponential thus far.
