Blog Update: Does Hydration Matter?

In our most recent post on the blog we take an in-depth look at hydration on the bike.  Spoiler alert, it’s a bit more complicated than you might think.  Here are the 4 research based approaches we dive into.

  1. Drink to maximum tolerance
  2. Drink to thirst
  3. Prescribed drinking
  4. Dehydration doesn’t matter all that much

After combing through the science we develop a basic system to make sure you’re optimizing your hydration at your next event.  You can head directly to the post by clicking here.
