I created the Cycling Workout Guide to help you be more consistent in executing your cycling workouts, by deepening your understanding of the science and theory behind power-based cycling workouts.


The Cycling Workout Guide contains close to 50 custom graphics and short video tutorials, alongside in-depth explanations offering context and practical suggestions to help you master the primary types of workouts you’re most likely to encounter as a cyclist.


Your Cycling Workout Guide and Blog+ pass includes access to our Cycling Workout Guide and all Blog+ posts. Your membership will expire in one year, at which time you can renew if you would like. If you prefer an “auto-renew” option you can make that selection at checkout.
